Saya        : So, I finally bought them.
Teman #1 : THEM?
Saya        : Yes. Instead of 1, I decided to buy three.
Teman #1 : THREE?? Waw. You ARE in love.

Dalam kesempatan lain,

Saya         : So that's what happened.
Teman #2 : Ya udah, tungguin aja.
Saya         : I should. But I don't want to.
Teman #2 : God. You're really in love right now, aren't you?

Dalam kesempatan lain lagi,

Teman #3 : Gimana, udah dikasih?
Saya         : Udah.
Teman #3 : Terus?
Saya         : Ya gue datengin rumahnya sebelum ketemu sama lo.
Teman #3 menarik napas panjang. Membuat saya sadar bahwa jarak yang saya tempuh jika boleh dihiperboliskan sama dengan jarak Merkurius-Pluto, pulang pergi. Dan tanpa dia mengeluarkan kata-kata, saya mengerti bahwa dia menutup pembicaraan dengan reaksi yang sama.

Oh well.
Like I said, sometimes we need some other people to tell us what's currently happening to us. Even if we already knew it, sometimes we need to be reminded how it can make you do irrational things sincerely.
